Cleaning Team Leaders provide cleaning services to our residential and commercial cleaning clients as well as coordinate teams of two or more Cleaning Specialists. Cleaning Team Leaders are responsible for the transportation of their assigned teams in company-provided vehicles. A valid G Class license is required for this role.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment
Vacuum hard floors and carpet
Sweep up debris
Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals
Make beds
Scrub stains, scum, and mildew from surfaces
Empty wastebaskets and take out trash
Clean upholstered furniture and drapes
Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves
Clean and dust window treatments
Wipe down appliances
Mop, polish, and wax floors
Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings
Disinfect equipment and supplies
Change sheets, plump pillows, and change cushions as needed
Coordinate team of two or more staff
Manage daily schedule and route options for efficiency
Assign Cleaning Specialists duties and inspect work
Collect payment from customers if necessary
Complete end of clean inspections
Inventories stock and supply to ensure adequate levels

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in a similar role considered an asset
Professional cleaning experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Team player
Coachable and willing to learn and comply with the company’s policies & practices
Ability to cooperate with, and coordinate other team members
Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s License required
Clean driving abstract
Clean criminal reference check
